About Eno Valley Swim & Racquet Club
Located at 635 Rippling Stream Rd, Durham, NC 27704, Eno Valley Swim & Racquet Club operates as a swim serving Durham in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 10 amβ8:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Eno Valley Swim & Racquet Club at (919) 477-9042; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, enoorcas.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 56 reviews, which is a strong result for a swim in Durham and suggests consistent service.
Durham is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Durham follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Really nice people clean pool nice bathrooms and so much fun
Pashara Black a year ago
Located in a historically Black neighborhood where residents were not permitted without membership. Coincidentally, most members were/are white. Growing up with a pool literally in your backyard but not being able to attend did not make for a good childhood experience. I donβt think I had a single friend in the Old Farm community who had a membership (certainly not those who lived in close proximity to the pool such as myself). Mainly, there was an economic barrier.

Eno Valley is a great family pool for the summer. Lots of family-friendly events throughout the year. Hosts a good-sized swim team with a few meets each summer. Membership is required but affordable. The facilities aren't at the level you'd see at a country club, but neither is the cost. You can't help but feel like part of a big family if you join.

This is a great pool! The staff is friendly and helpful. The Eno Orcas are a quality summer swim team that focus on technique an sportsmanship. Great place for the whole family.
